Standar meal prep includes 10 plates a week or subscribe to or monthly plan for 15% off! Clients get their choice of 2 different proteins (5 each) with their choice of one starch and one veggie.
 
Orders must be placed 4-5 business days prior to pick up date.
 
To add lamb chops to your meal prep order, its a extra $25 on total price.
